Lucidya is seeking a Tech HR Business Partner to support its remote teams in Egypt, focusing on HR initiatives and employee engagement across engineering, CX, and marketing functions.

• Act as primary HR contact for Engineering, CX, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of HR experience, including tech/engineering support.
• Understanding of Egyptian labor law and remote work culture.
• Proven success in developing HR plans for tech teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
