Overview

As an HR Business Partner at AUTO1 Group, you will implement HR strategies, support leaders through training, and enhance the organizational culture within the tech department.

In Short

Partner with Tech stakeholders to build high-performing teams.
Act as an HR consultant for management and employees.
Design and implement training and leadership development programs.
Manage end-to-end People processes for a seamless employee experience.
Leverage data insights to inform HR decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field.
HR experience in tech, preferably in an international startup.
Expertise in learning and development and employee growth strategies.
Strong project management and data-driven mindset.
Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin.
