As an HR Business Partner at AUTO1 Group, you will implement HR strategies, support leaders through training, and enhance the organizational culture within the tech department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field.
• HR experience in tech, preferably in an international startup.
• Expertise in learning and development and employee growth strategies.
• Strong project management and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin.
