Requirements

• Venezuelan with deep understanding of local aesthetics.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI tools in design.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to argue visual decisions.
• Experience with UX/UI and growth teams.
• Ability to work in an agile environment without sacrificing quality.
