Overview

The Key Account Manager will oversee relationships with ADI's most important clients across the Skåne region, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in the security market.

In Short

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key account customers.
  • Understand customer needs and position ADI solutions.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support sales campaigns and product launches.
  • Act as the central point of contact between key customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in Key or Strategic account management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in the Skåne region and willing to travel across Sweden.
  • Hold a valid Swedish driving license.
