Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding sales through new and existing customers for the Eastern Canadian market, leveraging Snap One’s connected product suite to drive revenue.

In Short

  • Identify and develop new prospects and expand category penetration.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Expand wallet share with existing and new customers.
  • Manage CRM data for visibility on business status.
  • Analyze sales results to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Explain technical market facts to position products effectively.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing channels.
  • Communicate with technical and business leaders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  • Travel up to 70% for meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Bilingual – English & French.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • 4+ years’ experience in custom AV/electronics.
  • Proven business results track record.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Effective presentation skills via Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Willing to travel up to 70%.
  • Active driver’s license.
  • Valid passport for travel to the United States.
