  • Participates in the hiring process for Community Guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of program management/supervision experience.
  • Five years of direct experience with the local community.
  • Skills in critical thinking, strategic thinking, and time management.
  • Knowledge of crisis planning and behavioral health.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to initiate conversations and create connections.
  • Experience with outreach plans development and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
