Community Manager - Remote

Overview

As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community strategies that drive engagement, foster relationships, and create a strong sense of belonging among our users.

In Short

• Build and scale our community function from the ground up
• Manage and moderate our Discord server
• Recruit, hire, and manage an international team of community moderators
• Create and implement community engagement programs
• Develop content strategies for community education
• Coordinate with international moderators for coverage
• Gather community feedback for product development
• Organize virtual and in-person community events
• Track and report on community metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager
• 1 year in the Web3/Blockchain space
• Proven track record of building communities
• Experience managing international communities
• Expert-level Discord administration skills
• Strong understanding of Web3 concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
