  • Adapt to evolving job responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Three years of management experience in healthcare settings.
  • Five years of direct experience with the local community.
  • Proficient in critical thinking and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of crisis planning and case management.
  • Experience with diverse populations and mental health challenges.
  • Preferred experience in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and problem-solve creatively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
