Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

Reema Health is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the behavioral healthcare needs of our members, focusing on a personalized, community-based approach to care.

In Short

• Provide therapy and care management for members in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic member care.
• Utilize telehealth and community resources to support member needs.
• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions.
• Formulate treatment plans in consultation with other health team members.
• Deliver psychoeducation and support to promote mental health.
• Participate in case conferences for comprehensive care.
• Document care and coordinate with the team using EMR.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of clinical pathways.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving responsibilities.

Requirements

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC license.
• 2+ years of outpatient experience with Medicaid/Medicare patients.
• 3+ years in assessing and managing behavioral patient care.
• Experience with telemedicine and underserved populations.
• Excellent knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Comply with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
