Overview

The Community Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing an online community for arts and cultural professionals, fostering engagement, and ensuring the community effectively serves its members.

  • Work closely with the Head of Community and Events.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Experience in cultivating online communities.
  • Hands-on experience with community platform administration.
  • Proficiency in adopting and learning new technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for the arts and cultural sector.
  • Self-starter with a curiosity for improvement.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
