The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) role is essential in driving growth through strategic partnerships in today’s competitive landscape. Tasked with achieving Partner Sales quotas, PSMs leverage their expertise to generate revenue and influence decision-making while collaborating closely with partners.

  • Manage operational sales pipeline and forecast tracking.
  • Enable Account Executives to sell faster and larger deals.
  • Develop Partner Sales Strategies to inform AEs.
  • Build a strong team culture focused on client needs.
  • Gain exposure across the entire XM category.
  • Engage with Center of Excellence for sales best practices.
  • Participate in career action planning with management.
  • Travel as necessary (50%).

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of SaaS selling experience as a top performer.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Solution selling capability for consultative sales processes.
  • Polished confidence in presenting to C-level executives.
  • Project/program management skills.
  • Coaching and enablement skills for Partner sellers.
  • Scale mindset and ability to enable others.
  • Passion for winning and creative solutioning.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA encouraged.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
