Overview

The SMB Customer Success Engineer will drive the success of Procore’s SMB customers by serving as a product champion and subject matter expert throughout the customer journey.

  • Drive post-sales implementation success and long-term adoption of Procore.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize customer value.
  • Craft value-based presentations to address customer business problems.
  • Provide product updates to customers.
  • Drive product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources.
  • Deliver high-level customer service through effective communication.
  • Support and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices.
  • Master Procore’s products and industry best practices.
  • Travel up to 15% to client sites and industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Construction industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a technology evangelist in the Construction industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of various construction industry verticals is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in project management roles within construction.
  • A positive energy source in a fast-paced environment.
