Overview

The SMB Customer Success Engineer will drive the success of Procore’s SMB customers by serving as a product champion and subject matter expert throughout the customer journey.

In Short

  • Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Costa Rica and 2 days remote.
  • Responsible for post-sales implementation success and long-term adoption.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize customer value.
  • Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems.
  • Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers.
  • Drive product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources.
  • Deliver high-level customer service through effective communication.
  • Support and mentor fellow team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices.
  • Up to 15% travel to client sites and industry events.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with clients.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 1+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or Professional Services.
  • Experience managing construction projects preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive energy in a fast-paced environment.
