Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore’s General Contractor customers. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing business performance gains from their investment in Procore. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

In Short

  • Drive customer success for Procore’s General Contractor clients.
  • Act as a product champion and subject matter expert.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize Procore’s value.
  • Craft value-based presentations to address customer business problems.
  • Provide product roadmap updates to customers.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations with internal and external resources.
  • Foster a positive team culture and mentor colleagues.
  • Develop mastery of Procore’s products and industry best practices.
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Construction industry expertise.
  • 5+ years of Customer Success or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Procore’s offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of various construction industry verticals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
