Overview

The Senior Customer Success Engineer at Freshworks will enable strategic customers to quickly realize business value through the implementation of Device42 software, combining technical expertise with a passion for customer success.

In Short

  • Achieve fast time to value for customers through software installation and configuration.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive customer success and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Champion customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and gather regular feedback.
  • Manage customer engagement until they are in production.
  • Anticipate risks to customer engagement with Device42 products.
  • Analyze product feedback and communicate it to the product team.
  • Conduct meetings with customers and internal teams to address challenges.
  • Build relationships with partners to enable their success.
  • Report key customer metrics to ensure visibility into customer health.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in technical implementation or similar roles.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Experience with enterprise ITSM and discovery software.
  • Knowledge of cloud providers, Windows and Linux administration.
  • Familiarity with networking and storage solutions.
  • Bonus for experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
