Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Acquisition and Revenue Marketing (Growth) to lead and optimize Freshworks’ digital marketing strategy. This key leadership role will focus on developing strategies, driving execution, and scaling a high-performing team to drive demand generation and revenue growth through digital channels.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience leading SEO strategies and demand gen content efforts at scale.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO and content strategy.
• Experience managing SEO agency relationships and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of demand gen funnels and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and A/B testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
