Overview

As a Principal Solutions Engineer at Freshworks, you will partner with enterprise customers to recommend impactful solutions, lead discovery workshops, and deliver customized product demonstrations to drive technical wins.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS.
• Established playbook on using AI to present and operationalize projects.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring peers.
• Confident communicator with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex solution design involving platform architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
