Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our Customer Success team. You will be the Rasa expert that our Enterprise customers will collaborate with as their trusted partner to accelerate their adoption of Rasa’s solutions with project deliverables throughout the term of the residency.

In Short

  • Collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with Rasa products.
  • Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to help customers optimize their AI assistants.
  • Support customers through proactive and reactive issue resolution.
  • Capture and communicate customer insights to Rasa’s product and engineering teams.
  • Participate in Rasa internal training and education sessions.
  • Growth path as a Resident AI Engineer (RAI) with hands-on technical implementation.
  • Work with technical and business decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English and another European Language.
  • Deep technical expertise in Rasa or equivalent technologies.
  • Nice to have experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python or Full Stack apps in the cloud.
  • DevOps experience with Kubernetes.
  • Ability to act as an industry-encouraging leader.
  • Strong background in DevOps/MLOps and Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Comfortable in public settings and customer meetings.
  • Experience serving as part of a key customer leadership team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and consultative approach.
  • Experience with AI and conversational technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
