Partner Development Manager - Remote

Overview

PHIL is seeking a talented and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on acquiring new partnerships with partner pharmacies in the U.S., driving business development efforts, and managing the full sales cycle.

In Short

• Seek out and develop new partnerships with U.S. partner pharmacies.
• Handle a significant volume of cold calls (40+ per day).
• Build strong, long-term relationships with potential partners.
• Maintain and track your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Overcome objections and handle rejections with perseverance.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in business development or inside sales, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting quotas.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with G-Suite and digital tools for remote collaboration.
