Overview

The (Junior) Business Development Manager will support PAIR Finance in positioning itself successfully in the German market by identifying, acquiring, and developing potential B2B clients.

In Short

  • Identify, acquire, and develop potential B2B clients.
  • Take over projects in Sales/Business Development.
  • Act as the contact person for new clients.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses.
  • Prepare pitches and presentations.
  • Represent PAIR Finance at trade fairs and events.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in FinTech, InsureTech, or LegalTech.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical affinity to explain services to potential clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with new technologies.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and very good English skills.
