Overview

As a Client Development Executive, you will manage a group of Northstar Recycling clients, providing exceptional customer service and implementing projects that promote landfill diversion and cost savings.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of Northstar Recycling clients.
  • Maximize profits and improve client retention rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and implement efficiency projects.
  • Build professional relationships with external site contacts.
  • Identify creative solutions for waste and recycling programs.
  • Analyze data to recommend improvements in waste programs.
  • Conduct on-site and phone waste audits.
  • Travel throughout North America approximately 25% of the time.
  • Work in a remote, full-time capacity.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of experience in waste and recycling.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
