Overview

As an Account Manager, you will work with our Operations team, as well with our many internal teams and stakeholders, clients, and outlet partners to provide exceptional customer service and support.

In Short

  • Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners.
  • Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support.
  • Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts.
  • Complete required reporting in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Perform accounting functions and verify services pricing.
  • Request and review transactional data for accuracy.
  • On-call hours are required and compensated.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Database management experience is preferred.
