Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Development Executive to join our dynamic Client Development Team. The Client Development Executive will play a key role in supporting the Client Development Team and in driving new business opportunities. This position requires both strong organizational skills and the ability to engage with potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, while helping to achieve sales goals.

In Short

  • Drive attendance and engagement with prospects and customers.
  • Proactively source and qualify opportunities.
  • Monitor inbound prospect/customer engagement.
  • Develop re-engagement strategies for stalled opportunities.
  • Close select revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales data is captured.
  • Track relationship owners across key contacts.
  • Represent Skillcentrix with professionalism.
  • Assist in proposal and deal closure activities.
  • Identify trends to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Experience in sales development or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in business development activities.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Must reside in the United States.
