Senior Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will fully manage the successful implementation of Workday solutions for customers by working closely with customer business teams and internal delivery teams to drive the scope, definition and delivery of solutions.

In Short

• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of Workday solutions.
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure client satisfaction during the implementation process.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Build and coach a team of delivery members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Technology savvy with experience in HRMS platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account/customer management.
• 2 years of experience in business development preferred.
• Proven track record of account growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for building relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Technology savvy with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
