The SDR plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. In Short

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Qualify inbound leads in partnership with Marketing.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess business needs.
  • Set qualified meetings for Customer Development Executives.
  • Develop and execute re-engagement strategies for stalled opportunities.
  • Drive attendance and engagement at industry events.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data within CRM.
  • Track prospect engagement and activity metrics.
  • Assist in proposal coordination and early-stage deal documentation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across workflows.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales and revenue generation.
  • Experience with Workday solutions or familiarity with the Workday ecosystem.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospect research.
  • Self-motivated and resilient.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
