Workday Senior AMS HCM Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Workday Senior AMS HCM Consultant, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients, focusing on the Workday Talent Lifecycle and empowering organizations to develop their people.

In Short

• Accountability for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices around Workday Talent, Performance, and Recruiting
• Building consensus around business processes and design
• Configuring the Workday application
• Understanding the broader business context
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the “Skill Squad”
• Mentoring and developing less experienced Consultants on the team
• Taking part in Skillcentrix’s internal strategic priorities and projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM
• Experience configuring the Workday application
• Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required
• A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients
• A keen interest in the Talent and HR space
• Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, team player
• College degree preferred
