Workday HCM (Core HCM) Sr. Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Workday HCM (Core HCM) Sr. Consultant will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise.

In Short

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Develop prototype systems to demonstrate configurations.
• Assist clients in testing the Workday solution.
• Utilize Workday’s Implementation Methodology in engagements.
• Help clients convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist in configuring and testing integrations with third-party solutions.
• Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing Workday HCM.
• Experience with HR/HCM systems, requirements capturing, and testing.
• Active Workday Certification, preferably in HCM.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM projects simultaneously.
