The Workday Talent & Learning Senior Consultant will lead and support implementations for public sector clients, focusing on optimizing their talent and learning strategies through Workday's platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday consulting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with public sector clients.
• Active Workday Certifications in Talent and/or Learning.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with workforce development initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Experience with Workday Public Sector deployments.
