Senior Learning Consultant I - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Learning Consultant at Instructure, you will work with large K12 institutions to enhance their use of Instructure products, focusing on pedagogical goals and providing strategic support.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create communication and training plans.
• Support the implementation of institutional goals for Instructure products.
• Use data to analyze challenges and elevate teaching and learning.
• Mentor faculty and staff on effective use of Canvas.
• Help institutions build adoption resources and model courses.
• Conduct consulting sessions and follow up on progress.
• Enhance Canvas use across the organization through collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver engaging help documents and presentations.
• Identify areas needing additional support or training.
• Travel as needed to support product rollouts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Canvas admin experience required.
• 1+ year of experience with Mastery Connect preferred.
• Experience leading educational technology initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills in a large organization.
• Experience creating engaging Canvas courses.
• Knowledge of technology adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
