Overview

The Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Jr. Consultant will support the public sector practice, focusing on implementing and supporting Workday Time-related solutions.

• Assist in implementing Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling modules.
• Support requirements gathering for public sector-specific time tracking policies.
• Help build and test time tracking and absence management processes.
• Assist with data mapping and validation from legacy systems.
• Support deployment of scheduling solutions for public sector compliance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot system configuration issues post-deployment.
• Participate in knowledge transfer to enhance internal capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 1–2 years of experience with Workday or enterprise HR systems.
• Exposure to Workday Time Tracking or Absence.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of public sector time policies is a plus.
• Workday certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client activities.
