Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Workday Functional HCM Consultant will drive the design, configuration and optimization of our Workday solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure our Workday applications support the client’s objectives.

In Short

• Lead design sessions and workshops with the client team to gather and document business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Workday modules (e.g., HCM Time and Attendance).
• Develop project plans, timelines and testing strategies in alignment with project goals.
• Support and administer Workday production environments by troubleshooting issues, managing system updates and optimizing performance.
• Provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence configuration and implementation.
• Prior consulting or project management experience within Workday Implementation.
• Workday HCM Time Tracking certification required.
• US Citizenship only; no dual citizens.
