Requirements

  • Experience in a relevant environment (e.g., startup) and B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Extroverted and competitive personality with passion and curiosity.
  • Ability to quickly establish new contacts and build sustainable relationships.
  • Experience dealing with various stakeholders, ideally in the real estate industry.
  • Strong business development mindset and openness to agile working methods.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking for individual communication with leads.
  • High performance and independence to achieve goals.
  • Team player who values communication and feedback.
  • Fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
