In Short

  • The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and professional etiquette.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
