In Short

  • Responsible for placing approximately 200 cold outbound calls a day.
  • Generate opportunities for Business Development Executives.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research for new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or telemarketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cold calling techniques and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems.
