Overview

As a Principal Technical Partner Manager, you will manage integrations and technical relationships of NextRoll’s Tech Partnerships, focusing on the needs of customers and company goals to prioritize impactful integrations.

In Short

  • Join the Partnerships team and report to the VP of Tech Partnerships.
  • Manage technical relationships and integrations for growth.
  • Work with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Foster partner relationships focusing on technical aspects.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Be a customer and partner advocate with integration experience.
  • Stay updated on AI and MCP opportunities.
  • Help customers resolve technical issues with partner solutions.
  • Develop integration guides to accelerate partner adoption.
  • Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in AdTech/marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience in Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role preferred.
  • Knowledge of development technologies like Python and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in online media and marketing technology.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
