Overview

As a Principal Partner Manager, you will strategically expand and accelerate partner-sourced revenue by autonomously enabling dozens of partner sales teams and hundreds of partner sales representatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, including developing and delivering advanced training(s), administering comprehensive certifications, leading field enablement initiatives, and ensuring partners possess the optimal collateral and processes to effectively sell Electric.

In Short

  • Independently deliver against ambitious customer acquisition and revenue targets established for each partner.
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for partners, acting as a high-level liaison with internal teams.
  • Build and strengthen deep partner relationships, including developing multi-year strategic plans.
  • Proactively optimize internal processes and operations related to partner solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and execute joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Maintain and strategically distribute partner-specific assets.
  • Lead the execution of all partner enablement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze attendance and enablement engagement.
  • Contribute to Electric’s overall partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Account Management, or Sales/Field Enablement.
  • Ability to autonomously design and execute enablement programs.
  • Exceptional facilitator and presenter with experience leading executive-level webinars.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
  • Superior operational skills: strategic planning and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborative problem solver thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with LMS/enablement platforms and CRM reporting.
