Revenue Operations Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a RevOps Analyst to build the analytics backbone for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work with the models, dashboards, and insights that drive pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and expansion/retention. This is a high-impact role for someone who blends strong SQL/BI skills with GTM acumen and thrives in fast-moving environments.

In Short

• Work with Electric’s Data-engineering team to sculpt GTM analytics & reporting.
• Partner with Sales leadership to operationalize forecast methodologies.
• Build multi-touch attribution and lead-to-revenue funnels.
• Help inform scalable data models and tests to ensure data quality.
• Connect and optimize data across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Salesloft.
• Support ad-hoc analyses on pricing, segments, territories & quotas.
• Handle data with care and follow best practices aligned with security standards.
• 2-3 years in RevOps/Revenue Analytics/BI for B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with BI tools and data modeling.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics.

Requirements

• Hands-on with Salesforce and one or more of HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Looker.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into analytical frameworks.
• Bias to action, high ownership, and excellent attention to detail.
• Security industry experience or exposure to non-human identity ecosystems.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and SQL.
• Experience building and maintaining lead scoring models.
