Revenue Operations Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As the Revenue Operations Business Analyst, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with the sales team and leadership to optimize processes, improve performance, and ensure data integrity. Your role is critical to the success of our sales organization as you drive alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.

• Analyze, document, and refine sales workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or business analytics.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects and data management.
• Experience building custom reports.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data.
• Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
