Overview

As a Partner Program Manager, you will be the central driver responsible for the successful execution, operational throughput, and continuous optimization of our partner onboarding, launch, and post-launch support processes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure partners are enabled, integrated, and positioned for long-term growth. Through robust program management, you will help accelerate partner time-to-market and maximize the revenue generated through our partner ecosystem.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and launch programs
  • Develop and optimize standardized workflows and operational cadence
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and program KPIs
  • Organize cross-functional partner meetings
  • Own regular partner communication and documentation
  • Capture learnings for partner training programs
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance
  • Drive internal readiness for partner launches

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management or partner management
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Metrics-driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with project management tools
