Overview

As a Partner Program Manager, you will be the central driver responsible for the successful execution, operational throughput, and continuous optimization of our partner onboarding, launch, and post-launch support processes.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and launch programs.
  • Develop and optimize standardized workflows.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and program KPIs.
  • Organize cross-functional partner meetings.
  • Own regular partner communication and documentation.
  • Capture learnings and feedback for training programs.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance.
  • Drive internal readiness and governance for launches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in program management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with technical teams and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
