Program Management Partner - Remote

Overview

The Program Management Partner is responsible for delivering implementation, ongoing managed services, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers, overseeing complex Implementation Services projects.

In Short

• Key contact for Services operations and stakeholders
• Review project change control requests and create custom statements of work
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects
• Gather end-user data to evaluate project objectives and scope
• Conduct monthly Quality Control checks on live projects
• Review and audit project workspaces for accuracy and quality
• Maintain backlog for financial reporting
• Support peers and management on complex tasks
• Engage with cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Success
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Teamwork attitude and flexibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of SaaS implementation and customer experience
• Familiarity with automation tools for process improvement
• Experience in process mapping and documentation
• Strong communication skills with various audiences
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills
