Overview

The Global Partner Program Manager at Rimini Street will support the strategy and growth of reseller, referral, and channel partner programs, managing various aspects of partner relationships to drive revenue.

In Short

  • Manage channel partner programs including VARs, resellers, and distributors.
  • Develop onboarding processes and training resources for partners.
  • Collaborate with sales to drive new revenue through channel partners.
  • Track partner performance and measure program success.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, assisting with sales cycles.
  • Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage Salesforce for partner data integrity.
  • Work collaboratively across departments.
  • Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations supporting channel partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of channel sales models.
  • Experience with international partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to build scalable processes for partner management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for reporting.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
