Overview

The Head of Global Tax Strategy, Compliance and Delivery will lead the tax strategy and compliance efforts for Rimini Street, advising on tax implications and optimizing tax efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 15+ years of corporate tax experience, especially international tax compliance.
• Technical knowledge in transfer pricing and indirect tax.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience with tax software and data analytics tools.
• Understanding of financial data and business models.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
• Masters in Taxation or JD/LLM preferred.
