Overview

The Head of Legal and Compliance will establish and lead the legal function at Machina Labs, working closely with the executive team to build and own the legal strategy, compliance, risk management, and government contracting support.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 8+ years of legal experience with government contracts.
• Experience with defense contractors or government agencies.
• Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to build systems from scratch.
