Overview

The Business Analyst for Revenue Operations (ROPS) at DaVita will focus on improving the Revenue Cycle through strategic project work, utilizing data analytics to drive process improvements and enhance team performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience or relevant project experience.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data analysis and process innovation.
• Ability to create executive level materials.
• Demonstrated technical understanding (SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills.
