Overview

The Principal Partner Account Manager at Cloudflare will help build and operationalize partnerships to expand Cloudflare’s indirect sales reach, focusing on developing business plans and driving sales enablement initiatives.

  • Remote-based role with a focus on the Central US, preferably Chicago region.
  • Responsible for activating and operationalizing partner organizations.
  • Develop and manage a business plan with quantified goals.
  • Drive alignment and pipeline generation for strategic partners.
  • Manage quarterly sales output and partner health metrics.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partner accounts.
  • Experience in Software/SaaS/Security sales required.
  • Technical competence preferred.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Software/SaaS/Security Sales & Channel management.
  • 3+ years developing partnerships within a SaaS model.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security preferred.
  • Direct experience in recruiting and enabling resellers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge is an advantage.
