As a Principal Talent Management Partner, you will build the infrastructure that defines a high-performance culture at Gametime, translating the company's talent philosophy into scalable solutions for a remote workforce.

• Oversee talent platforms and ensure usability of tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related field.
• Experience with performance management cycles in high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with job architecture and promotion models.
• Strong analytical and program management skills.
• Experience in fully remote tech environments preferred.
• Experience with Culture Amp or similar platforms preferred.
• Background in workforce planning is advantageous.
