Overview

The Talent Management Partner plays a key role in advancing Cornerstone Building Brands’ enterprise-wide talent strategy by leading High Potential (HiPO) development programs, implementing assessment methodologies, and supporting internal mobility through structured career pathing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent development or HR Business Partnering.
• Expertise in talent assessment tools and leadership development.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Master’s degree or certifications in HR or Coaching.
• Experience in a complex organizational structure preferred.
