The HubSpot People team is on a mission to help our internal Grow Getters grow better together. The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team is looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Talent Management Partner to build and drive critical talent management practices, with a particular focus on performance management, and exploring innovative solutions. This role will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of Talent at HubSpot, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI!

In Short

• Lead end-to-end execution of performance management and other vital talent processes.
• Proactively research and pilot AI-driven tools to enhance talent practices.
• Consult with People Business Partners to understand business needs.
• Manage prioritization of cross-functional projects.
• Develop and implement change management frameworks.
• Identify and manage risks in program governance.
• Monitor deliverables and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead decision-making on talent management priorities.
• Provide input for impactful manager programs.
• Leverage data-driven insights for program enhancement.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Program Management, Project Management, or Talent Management.
• Proven project management skills from concept to implementation.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Highly organized and proficient in project management tools.
• Eager to learn new technologies, especially AI.
• Strong growth mindset and innovative approach.
