  • Track and report key talent metrics.
  • Build rapport with key leaders for effective implementation.
  • Design communication and learning strategies for talent management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in talent management or HR business partnering.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Growth mindset and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in designing talent programs at scale.
  • Expertise in performance management and talent processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives with measurable results.
  • Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
  • Collaboration skills and willingness to partner cross-functionally.
